What I don’t like are skaters – they are all haters.
They hate BMXers BMX is short for Bicycle Moto X (cross). BMXers are bikers who do tricks. Usually,we wear shirts with BMX trademarks on it
Skaters and skateboarders wear their shirts with skating trademarks on them. We all meet up at the skate park.
A skate park is just a concrete park with ramps, transitions and other things people can ride on. Sometimes we get hurt if we slip or fall off ramps or rails. Sometimes we get hurt in fights.
If I go to the skate park and BMX, the skaters get mad and tell me to get out. Then, some of them come up to me and ask me if I want to fight. When I say no, some of them kick my bike or get in my way on purpose to try to get me to leave. I think they should take some time to look at themselves and stop doing what they do to me and the other BMXers. Skaters are haters.
Sometimes fights do break out when a lot of skaters get in our way and it gets irritating, but BMXers win most of the time.
We hope this blog will encourage Reed students to speak their minds and respond to each other in a friendly, safe, environment. We hope it will bring students closer together and help students meet new people that they didn't even know existed at our school. This blog will be run by students with a little help from teachers. It will be run by us because we know exactly what we feel, and we want to know and understand each other. This blog is a new way to share what is going on around school.

I agree. They think they are better because that they think that what they do is more a challenge or cooler. BMXing is just as hard or cool as skateboarding though, infact, i think it is even harder and way more cooler than skateboarding.

I get you,skaters can be haters,but there are some that can be cool.At times they think there better than other people because they could do some tricks and they think that if other people aren't skaters then they suck.But there are the cool skaters that anyone could get along with.
